Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 999cuci Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. 999cuci employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all associated accounts will be closed, pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicated account activity will be voided.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any additional information requested during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999cuci login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 999cuci will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. 999cuci may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
999cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) via the following payment methods: FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via the above methods are typically credited to your 999cuci account balance immediately. 999cuci is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered to your 999cuci account. 999cuci reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. 999cuci aims to process approved withdrawals within a commercially reasonable timeframe, though exact timing depends on the payment method selected.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 999cuci reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from dormant account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Affected account holders will be notified prior to any deduction where possible.
All bets placed on the 999cuci Platform are subject to game-specific and product-specific rules published within the relevant game interface or sports betting section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules will prevail in relation to that specific product.
999cuci reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a software or pricing error, a suspended market that was incorrectly made available, or a bet placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will be refunded to the account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface prior to wager confirmation. Limits may be adjusted at 999cuci's discretion without prior notice.
Bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 999cuci are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of availability. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
999cuci monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting low-edge games to clear bonus wagering. 999cuci reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where such activity is detected.
999cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to any such modification, subject to the existing wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999cuci Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and report to relevant authorities:

The 999cuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. 999cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or free from technical defects at all times.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 999cuci Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
